FAQ's

Do I really need 20% down payment?

No! There are many options as a homebuyer. As a first time homebuyer, you may qualify for a down payment program that only requires 3.5%.

Do I need a Realtor® when buying a New Construction Home?

A realtor is always recommended to work along side with you! There are many ways working with a realtor that understands the area and may find the best suitable builder for you!

What is an Option period?

Once you offer has been accepted, we enter our option period. I like to refer to this as our inspection period. During this time, we are allowed to conduct the necessary inspections to our property. If anything looks really bad, we have the option to negotiate repairs or cancel the contract all in all.
